Equivalency tables

Since this guide is interactive and dealing with varying quantities of juice, the normal recommendation of tsp and tbsp would be difficult to match. This is why we convert everything to mass. In order to do so we need to convert volume of matter to mass, and this is done using these equivalency tables.

Data

isCloudy && pecticEnzymeInG (Northern) says ½ tsp per 1 gal. (Nash) for the weight of 1 tsp.

Yeast Nutrient (Northern) says ¼ tsp per gal. (Wine) for the weight of 1 tsp.

tanninG Recommendation found says ¼ tsp per gallon is max you want. So it's top of the scale.
