You aren’t going to be able to do what you’re trying to do with compatibility flags. 16K versus 48K is a RAM size option, not a separate machine configuration, so it can’t have different compatibility flags on the software list. Also, there are so many different extended versions of the ZX Spectrum that doing compatibility flags and testing them all would be a huge undertaking.
