I can't find original hardware videos for either Last Fighting or Racoon World, but they really don't seem to be running properly, and I don't think they've ever been better so this isn't a regression.

If real hardware videos surface to show the speeds are correct, they can be promoted again, but I think it's best to err on the side of caution, and if they're wrong they certainly don't meet current MAME standards for 'working'

actually I think the use of the 2nd PROM here is different anyway, the Ixion letters aren't lighting up correctly because of how it gets used, and it has more than just the lower bits populated. (unless it's a bad dump)

edit yeah that is closer to Zaxxon in the first place and changing that gives correct text colours for score etc. and fixes the 'collected letters' lighting up, although there are still some unused upper bits, that seem completely unrelated in meaning to the lower bits.
