The opening titles for the game actually say “THE EARTH FIGHTER RAYIEZA”, suggesting it’s an official Latin script title, e.g. see the PC-88 version here: https://youtu.be/QV2tOfcUvcw?t=125

Should we prioritize that title even if it's not shown on the cover? I don't mind either one, since this is a "Kidou Senshi/Mobile Suit Gundam" type of situation where both titles are used interchangeably, but the cover only has the Japanese title, no English text at all.

The box doesn’t hint that the official Latin representation of “ライーザ” is “RAYIEZA”, either. We’re already relying on in-game content for that.

OK, since the MAME docs specify that a known Latin title should have priority, I have changed it to be the main one in all software lists where this game is present (and also changed all shortnames to "rayieza" for consistency), and kept 地球戦士ライーザ as the alt_title.
