See title. After killing the wl-clipboard-persist process, inkscape works as expected

Perhaps worth following up here? Linus789/wl-clip-persist#7

Certainly, I'd accept a PR adding the workaround suggested over there.

Added the proposed workaround and to me it just seems to work fine:

I will leave this issue open to track potential upstream issues.
