Push snapped location forward to better depict actual user Location #968

By the time we receive a location update, process / snap it to the route, and then show it on our UI, the user's phone has already traveled past the given point on the screen and we appear to lag behind in some scenarios.

We should slightly project the snapped location forward with SnapToRoute to ensure we are more accurately showing the Location on the screen.

More realistic puck projection has landed with a combination of #1382 and #1354 🎉
