Experimental qemu with grub2-efi boot

NOTE: this pre-release might be short-lived as it is just a prove of concept

It has a (close to upstream) minimal grub2, can not get it up with grub2 of the main repository's;
This also means grubby probably does not update grub2.cfg upon new kernel installation.
