Quick open search keyword only match from the beginning

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a folder with file named chart.md
2. Cmd + p to open the quick insert command panel.
3. Input the keyword art.

Expected behavior:

the file chart.md should be listed in the search results.

Actual behavior:

the file chart.md is not presented in the search results.
