I am sure I have installed latest version PicGo in my mac ,and I used PicGo for a very long time.
But still, it comes a notice "Your system does not have picgo installed, please install it before use"
My Marktext version is v0.17.0-rc.2 ,and PicGo version is 2.3.0, Macos Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2)

You have to add the path to PicGo binary to your PATH environment variable according there documentation.
