[Feature Request] Work Profile enchantment

problem:

1. it's annoying if app list for main and work profile merged into one list
2. sometime user can forgot if profile activated or deactivated

solution:

1. make separate list app for work profile like default OEM launcher
2. make app icon appearance can changed depens on work profile state
   (ie if work enabled icon will appear normally otherwise darken or have disabled icon)

can you please implement this?
