This is somewhat trivial editorial change to generally use
requireNamespace("tinytest", quietly=TRUE)as per Sectin 1.1.3.1 of Writing R Extenxions. There are only a handful of changes. The diff is littered with some line-end whitespace noise as the on/off toggle seems to differ between our editors. I think there is a diff view here where you can turn it off -- at least when you select 'review files' it is under 'diff settings' as a toggle.
