When autotranslate is disabled, there should be no warning "Auto translation from..." #49

Scenario was tiny-translator.
There is auto translation active for fr-google only:

  }
}

When merging there are messages like:

WARNING: Auto translation from "en" to "ru-google", total auto translated units: 0, ignored: 0, succesful: 0, failed: 0

This is not wanted.
