This moves the site to Next.js, improves first-load performance and transfer size of individual pages, and updates the design and copy of the site.

A couple of TODOs for launch:
crowdin.yml's paths got updated to the new location of thelocalesdir. (see Translation tooling update oakstudios/joinmastodon#28 (comment))public/illustrations/*_hero_*raster illustrations are provisional, scaled up versions of the@1xdensity images./serverspage hero's mobile illustration will fix some rendering bugs on tablet sizes.@2xsizes of the hero images will make them crisper in the browser.public/illustrations/home_sponsors_world.pngalso needs a 848px-wide illustration, to fit its 424px-wide size on the page..github/workflows/publish.yml) if need be. While the site can be statically exported, it was built with the intention of running on a Node.js server for the benefits to routing and image optimization. (see Next.js deployment docs)
