Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. pull tootsuite/mastodon:latest
  2. Open WebUI
  3. WebUI shows v3.5.8

Expected behaviour

docker latest is v4.1.2

Actual behaviour

docker latest is v3.5.8

Detailed description

It seems that the workflow for v4.1.2 is still building and will later get the latest tag, but why does v3.5.8 even get tagged as latest?
