I'd argue there's some value here :) I built https://github.com/g3rv4/GetMoarFediverse which lets admins of small instances pull content with specific hashtags from bigger instances. I can use the API to pull this data, but this was super convenient. |

We don't use them for anything and it's somewhat expensive for little value, as there was no paging.
