Display more accurate infoAlertText on foreign key columns

Update the displayed text to be more accurate, not mentioning primary keys specifically.

Fixes #3247

Technical details

• Update the displayed InfoBox to more accurately describe the reason a data type cannot be changed.
• Text as per discussion in Inaccurate info for a foreign key column referencing a non-pk column #3247
