@seancolsen I'm merging this, but why not just delete the configuration? We can use git history if we need to reference the previous configuration.

@kgodey I considered that, but I was following the pattern in that directory where I saw another disabled workflow. Plus I know there was some discussion about potentially re-enabling this workflow with a longer time interval, so I figured it's possible that people will want to re-enable this, especially once somebody else holds the "repo admin" responsibility who doesn't want to approach it like I am. I'm happy to delete it if you like though.

@seancolsen That's fine, let's leave it this way for now. I assume we'll need to make larger changes to the GitHub workflow this week after we have our discussion at the team meeting, so we can deal with it then.
