Quickstart: 

1. Install >python setup.py install
2. Test    >python pace.py -m testdata.gt.txt -r 0.15 -o testout -p
3. Help    >python pace.py -h

Requirements:

PACE requires Python version 2.6 or 2.7. In addition it requires the packages
numpy, scipy and cython. We reccomend obtaining these through the Enthought
Python Distribution (EPD) which is freely available for academic use from 
http://www.enthought.com/.
 
Manual: 

>pdflatex pace_manual.tex  
>pdflatex pace_manual.tex
