PMSM parameter estimation models added.
This includes two sets of workflows.

  1. Resistance (Rs) and inductance (Ld, Lq) estimation. This does not require the motor shaft to spin
  2. Back EMF (Ke), rotor inertia (J), and static friction (B). This workflow needs to spin the motor in closed-loop current control.
