We have that language on transifex since the beginning, but it was never added to core.
Not sure if that was done on purpose before

Core translations are currently at 71%

Note: Spanish translations are currently at 91%

@matomo-org/core-team Anyone an opinion if we should add that "spanish dialect" or not?
