Code looks plausible, and if @VictorMatheus claims it works then yay, let's do it. FTR, matrix.org no longer use this bot, but instead use its successor. |

Changes:
/_matrix/client/api/v1from URL for compatibility withmatrix-python-sdk/syncendpoints instead of initalSync and eventStream.I haven't tested the packaged plugins extensively, but they don't complain on startup and appear to be working fine. The only plugin I can't test is Jira due to lack of environment.
