This might be resolved to some degree in #50 - we're not strictly forwarding the rageshake to another instance, but we are notifying other instances that the rageshake exists.

I'd like to do this too. This would be useful for organization homeserver admins wanting to give users the chance to report bugs to them while also forwarding all bug reports to Element's instance of Rageshake (so Element devs can see them too). #50 wouldn't pass through the logs themselves.
