Please add a real deletion function only for users that either never said anything or where all the user's messages are already redacted

Would this be a /_synapse/admin endpoint?

Is there any update about this?

I left my matrix open for a few days without captcha enabled and some a**le created tens of thousands of fake accounts on my server that now I would like to delete.

I want to completely delete them, I don't want to leave any trace.

How can I do it?

Your can use the admin API to deactivate the spam accounts: https://matrix-org.github.io/synapse/latest/admin_api/user_admin_api.html#deactivate-account. There is an exhaustive discussion here if you want to know the reasoning for why accounts are deactivated vs deleted.
