Robinson-Foulds distance only uses leaves

The RF metric we're using from ETE only looks at partitions on leaf nodes. Since we have observed taxa as internal GCtree nodes, the distance isn't aware of differences in internal nodes. It will probably be necessary to code our own GCtree RF equivalent as part of the .compare method.
