BUG: Editing an environment profile, change name, save, creates another entry

If you have an environment and want to change the name of it, editing it and changing the name actually results in a new environment profile being created, but it skips all the normal initialization (kettle.properties creation etc). Then Spoon get's pretty unhappy that it can't find the locations of the files normally expected in .kettle.
