Biotic Novelty Index: index calculation and simulation

This repository provides the base R code and example applications for the following article:

Dependencies

The code makes use of R packages "vegan" (version 2.5-5) and "FD"(version 1.0-12), and other dependencies from these packages.

All R code in this repository is licensed under the MIT license. However, we retain all rights for the content of the /data folder.
