Ghosts try to hunt the Pacman while there is no power pill effect. In the case of Pacman eating the power pill, ghosts run away from Pacman.
After the player loses, discouraging messages appear. Halfway through the game, an alert to discourage the player appeears.
Colors are chosen to frustrate the player.
