Pre-checks:
Check whether all the openebs components are in running state or not.
Also check the status of all the Data-Plane and Control-Plane components they should be in running state.
Steps involved in the test case
Get active openebs record from v3/groups/{gropu_id}/cluster/{cluster_id}/openebs/{openebs_id}
After that trigger action upgradecontrolplane. Once we triggered the action with the target version as input. There will be a upgrade job created.
Wait untill job state becomes success
Once the status of the job is Success we can see that the upgrade is successful.
