Microsoft have a new open source Windows Terminal.

While the old Console can use colortool to load .itermcolors schemes, the new one has its own JSON object scheme format, so this PR adds support for the new scheme format.

  • Added an xrdb2windowsterminal.py conversion script (based on xrdb2wezterm.py)
  • Added the script to update_all.py
  • Ran the script and added the output schemes to windowsterminal/
