Make tab loading blue flash configurable

Hi,

Thanks for creating sidebery. I heard of this extension on HN and as a long time users of TST I can already see a performance difference just a few minutes after switching.

I have ui.prefersReducedMotion[0] enabled because this stops the blue loading flash in the Firefox tab bar. This helps reduce distractions and also improves performance if running Firefox remotely (RDP, VNC, etc).

Sidebery does not respect this setting for tab loading flash and this animation also remains when animations are set to off in the extension settings.

Please consider making this option configurable.
