- Modify PubChemPy to support Python3 (no backward compatibility with Python2). - Unit testing passed successfully. - Add IPython notebook based on unit testing.

Building on top of pull request #3 by @ekaakurniawan, these commits add Python 3 support while preserving Python 2.7 support.
