Summary

This PR will properly mark the Warning HTTP-Header as deprecated.

Motivation

The page of the Warning-Header already states it is deprecated. It was just not properly marked as deprecated.

Excellent thanks. I removed the manual note below and I'll also open a browser compatibility entry to mark this deprecated in the table at the bottom.
