As I received an email about the [SVG review team being dissolved](#32996) (which I'm absolutely fine with!), I propose to update the REVIEWING.md as well. I hereby ask to be moved to the Alumni section.

Update REVIEWING.md to reflect the dissolved SVG team.
Motivation
I received an email about the SVG review team being dissolved but could not tell the motivation.
It's fair to have made that decision because I was not active for a long time. I would like to be listed as Alumni.
