Where merge conflicts appear, there's usually a link available to use the GitHub web editor to fix them manually, which usually works OK. I can guide you through it next time. |

@chrisdavidmills Excellent - thanks! I am pretty experienced with both the github web editor and with resolving things in the command line - but this one was resistant to normal approaches. |
