Changelog:

  • Add new mechanism to load locally placed templates [not part of Refactor world elements cost calculation code #61]
  • Create the ModernQueue component
  • Use ModernQueue in Structures development view
  • Use ModernQueue in Research development view
  • Remove the temporary workaround for first research queue element cancellation
