This patch fixes
setMenuItemsEnabledState()not run after loading a video via drag'n'drop and thus not enabling relevant menu items and implements an ugly (but working) hack to disable menu items not usable while playing a video. I think, the nature of the difficulty is explained in the comment inavidemux/gtk/ADM_userInterfaces/ADM_gui2/GUI_bindings.cpp:254, but I don't have an idea how to implement a similar solution ATM.
