In measurement-kit/android-libs#16 I implemented a better way of compiling for Android that does not require us anymore to compile MK for Android in two stages. We should thus remove the scripts for running the first stage (i.e. just cross compiling MK for Android without any JNI) and update all the related documentation. I am afraid we cannot get rid of creating a custom toolchain yet, because I think we still need it for cross compiling our dependencies.
