Pouch 7 changes are generally very minor, but pouchdb/pouchdb#7040 may improve performance.

If we want to merge this, we'd need to polyfill fetch for Chrome 30.

I'm uncomfortable doing this as it'll need rigorous testing. Do you have any idea how much it'll help/hurt performance?

Also, the build is broken.
