Skimmed the content - looks good. Noted @michaelkohn's suggestion to push this doc up to 30k level and avoid config details, +1 to that.

Some recommendations based on the realization that we have no documentation on Supervisor CHW Replace either. @mrjones-plip does it make sense to you to add it here/now?
