feat(dashboard,ui): Streamline spacing and sizing

What

• Updates styling of several components in @medusajs/ui and introduces new size variants.
• Updates @medusajs/icons with latest changes from Figma.
• Updates @medusajs/ui-preset with latest changes from Figma.
• Updates UI in dashboard to use new sizes of components, and generally updates the spacing and compactness of the UI

For review:

• Ignore changes in /admin-next/dashboard, any potential issues with spacing/sizing/etc. can be addressed in the PRs that finalize each domain/settings page.
• Only the changes to the design system packages are relevant for now.
