Upgraded to 23.10, folders deleted #43
Comments
ReviOS removes OneDrive as stated on the Feature page on revi.cc. There is an option keep OneDrive in Custom Features before applying the playbook. |
I did not have OneDrive installed prior to the update and do not use it. Running the playbook deleted the personal folders under C:\Users\%USERNAME%\ such as Documents, Photos and Videos, and created new default folders under C:\Users\%USERNAME%\OneDrive\ |
I tried applying revi after installing the official win 11 but without microsoft account so i think when installing win 11 disconnect internet to skip the OOBE first time setup which can enable OneDrive |
This will ensure you skip setting up microsoft account which will map your folders (Desktop, Documents) into OneDrive which can cause issues when you uninstall OneDrive |
Upgraded from 23.09 to 23.10, home folder defaults were set to OneDrive folders, and my personal non-OneDrive folders were deleted.
