Features, landmark functions and other classes are still very broken, but this removes fit, fitmultilevel and rasterization

This is the bare minimum fixes that allow people to begin properly fixing the documentation. I've removed the major missing packages and created a
requirements.txtto outline the dependencies. Instructions on building and creating the documentation are now in the Wiki.
