The folder "Application" contains the modified code of AGeNNT that was adapted to be able to communicate with the new version of the EFI software.
The folder "Data" contains the list of studied hetero-dimeric complexes and some typical result files.
The folder "Scripts" contains the Python scripts uses to generate the SSNs and GNNs and to analyse them.
