Vite v5 drops Node.JS v14 and Node.JS v16 support. This is only a devDependency, so we could safely update this without affecting users, but it will make testing more difficult, so it's probably better to wait until we officially drop Node.JS v16 support.
See #618 for discussion on when we will drop Node.JS v16 support.
