Usage:Published Form page
After you've published the form, there are two ways to access it:
- From the Administration system page.
- Using a link.
- go to SimplePhpFormBuilder admin page (login if needed) and click the "form list" tab.
- In the row of your form click the "Details" button.
- Below the "Status" row in the table click the link of "Web form":
The link format is http(s)://root_url/SimplePhpFormBuilder/form.php?id=X,
Where X is the ID of the form.
