This PR created to invite contributor improvising the code for the purpose of local dialect audio labelling, whereby those who are familiar enough with the local dialects can annotate and save the accumulated data maybe in public storage (i.e Google drive). Perhaps the improvised code can be also deployed in Google Collab for public contributors.
