Track views of Cards and Dashboards for each User

In order to provide a sense of what's popular and of interest to users within the system we need a way to track what people are looking at. We should start by keeping track of how often users are looking at each Card or Dashboard so that we can report on which of those things is getting the most interest.

Also, when a Dashboard is viewed it should not track each card viewed, it should only track the Dashboard view itself.
