Launch the servers

###Start the components all at once

startall

###Start the components one by one The following commands can be used to start each service:

startfolder

startgroup

startrepo

startresource

startschema

starttemplate

startterminology

startuser

startvaluerecommender

Terminology service will load ontology data in the background, and logging information to your console. If you press enter, you get your prompt back, but probably you will need a new terminal window for the following operations. If you get the error 'Server already started ("RUNNING_PID" file found)', then first delete the RUNNING_PID and start again. It can probably be found in the <repo>-server-play directory.
