That's actually not the published-date, but the announced-date. Need to change markup accordingly: it is currently gazette-announcement-date .

I will fold the chairperson of the investigative committee into the metadata for the investigative committee, since it is asked for by the boilerplate. Need for that reason to add :role-description: to contributor attributes, so that the investigative committee can be specified as an individual role, on top of "authorizer".
