Describe the bug
사용자가 워크벤치에 진입한 상태에서 메타트론 서버가 재시작 하는 경우 해당 워크벤치에서 쿼리를 실행시 오류가 남.
사용자가 워크벤치에서 나가 재 진입해야 쿼리를 실행할 수 있음.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 워크벤치 진입
2. 메타트론 서버 재 시작
3. 쿼리 실행
4. 화면에 변화는 없고 콘솔 창에 HTTP 500 로그만 있음
